Markdown documentsNew

Write in Markdown and your paste reads like a formatted page — headings, tables, checklists and code blocks — with a one-tap switch back to the source.

Syntax highlighting

15+ languages highlighted automatically, with line numbers, a one-tap copy button, and a raw view.

Password protection

Lock any paste behind a password. The contents are never sent to the browser until the right password is entered.

Link previews

Every link in a paste gets a preview card with its title and picture — and for popular file hosts, the number of files and their total size.

Audience analyticsNew

See views, unique visitors, top countries, devices and where your readers came from — for one paste or all of them together.

Developer APINew

Questions

Is Thpaste free?

Yes. Creating and sharing pastes is free, with or without an account. A free account adds a dashboard, editing, audience analytics, custom links and API keys.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works anonymously in the browser. Sign up only if you want to find, edit and track your pastes later.

How big can a paste be?

Up to 512 KB of text — enough for long logs, config files and documents.

How long do pastes stay up?

As long as you choose: 10 minutes, an hour, a day, a week, a month, or forever. Burn after reading deletes a paste after its first view.

Can I edit a paste after sharing it?

Yes, if you made it while signed in: edit the title and text from your dashboard, and the link stays the same.
